Our Code of Conduct lays out the standards of behavior that we must adhere to every day. While we cannot put a monetary value on the importance of integrity in our everyday business dealings, it is the most critical component to our success as a company. Conducting daily business in accordance with our Code of Conduct helps us build loyalty not only with our customers but also with each other. A common set of values and standards gives us a foundation from which to make decisions regarding our customers and our workplace, whether it be the qualities of the people we hire, how we accommodate customer requests, or how we pursue new business.
