QinetiQ North America supports the exchange of information with foreign governments, foreign nationals, and international organizations to assure compliance with requirements in the National Disclosure Policy and provides rationale for release or non-release decisions.

We assist in Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the Military Critical Technologies List (MCTL) activities.
We assist or provide data entry into the Foreign Disclosure and Technical Information System (FORDTIS).
We prepare damage assessments for security compromises.
We monitor thousands of visits and visit requests each year by foreign nationals.
We work closely with the onsite NCIS CI agent supporting SID to screen the foreign national requests through the NCIS CI-controlled access to the database that does the screening.
We ensure that the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and all munitions licensing standards are applied.

QinetiQ North America's Mission Solutions Group supports, as required, the development of technology assessment/control plans, foreign disclosure guidelines, and Delegation of Disclosure Authority letters.
