QinetiQ North America’s Mission Solutions Group has employed seven of the last eleven Operations Security (OPSEC) Professional Society presidents. We have developed and implemented OPSEC programs across several government agencies and have trained more than 40,000 persons across DoD since 2005. The OPSEC program team developed and implemented an OPSEC training program for personnel. Our staff successfully executed the first OPSEC survey of a key agency operation in late 2005.

Using the five-step OPSEC process, we assist clients in protecting critical programs, operations and activities. Conducted through the eyes of an adversary, we focus on activities performed daily that could potentially lead an adversary to the critical information or activity a customer is trying to protect. We will:

Conduct OPSEC surveys
Conduct OPSEC assessments
Conduct threat and vulnerability assessments
Develop and verify the viability of countermeasures
Write formal OPSEC plans.
